Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHEKLA ELIZABETH REID (PICHLHOFER) August 16, 1934 - December 6, 2007 Sadly and with deep sorrow we announce the sudden death of our amazing mother/grandmother/friend. Even in death she has brought her family together, closer every day. On the cold morning of December 6th she set out for her morning walk. Changing the lives of more then one family. Never wanting the spot light. She passed away swiftly with no pain. The best gift God could have given her. Born in Dechantskirohen, Osterreich (Austria). She was the youngest of four children survived by her sister Getraut. She will always be in the hearts of her family as she kept them in hers. Son Ambrose Baxter (Reid) and daughter Harriet Thekla (Greene). She will never forget the joy her grand-children gave her...especially the talks she had with them Allyson Cristina, Justin Corey and Alexandra Elizabeth. Meeting new people gave her so much joy as she had so much love to give. Her extended family and friends was forever growing She is the one I carry in her times of sorrow for she has done the same for me, and it is time for her to rest. We love you A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 12 at 2:00 p.m. in Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. Thomson In the Park Funeral Home and Cemetery www.thomsoninthepark.com 925-1120 Life stories may be shared with friends and family across the globe at www.mem.com In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Winnipeg, Harvest, 1085 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, R3E 0S2 or please bring a tin for the bin help us support Winnipeg Harvest.
